When will I receive my item?

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Estimated delivery time within the United States is 2-5 business days, estimated international shipping time is 10-30 business days.
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Where do you ship from?

All products are mainly shipped from the United States and Europe.

Where do you ship to?

We have a global network of print providers that can ship to most countries except North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
Shipping costs vary by shipping method, product type, print provider, and delivery destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping (United States only).

I need to return/exchange an item?

SoyAylinArt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes. However, your order cannot be canceled or changed if it has already been processed and shipped.
